I am proud to fight for the privacy rights of Californians and to deliver this settlement for consumers who put their trust in 23andMe.

The government has lobbed allegations of widespread voter fraud at the states, only for those allegations to crumble under scrutiny.

But this fight is not over. We will keep fighting to protect California's elections from unlawful federal interference and get this baseless lawsuit dismissed.
