Mr. Chairman as I have indicated, the Senate bill relative to their legislation on unfunded mandates does not contain this unintended consequence of making it more difficult to deregulate. I would like to ask my very fine colleague from Pennsylvania, if I can get a commitment from the gentleman from Pennsylvania that he will revisit this issue in conference and attempt to keep this bill from making it harder to deregulate.
