Mr. Chairman, it seems to me this is a significant list. These are people who voted yesterday on the Goss amendment and it seems to me Members ought to take a look at this list and see how they voted, if they voted ``aye'' on the Goss amendment for 30 percent, and again there are 210 Members who voted ``yes'' on the Goss amendment, then it seems to me that these are the same people who ought to be voting ``yes'' on the Mineta-Davis amendment. So, I am anxious to get this to a vote. And Members who would not yield to the arm twisting that is going on right now, they ought to vote their conscience, they ought to vote their constituency and vote ``yes'' on the Mineta-Davis amendment.
