I share the concern expressed by the chair on these mega-projects.

I always think of President Lincoln saying that he had to do what he did because that oath he took was registered in Heaven.

Unless there are consequences in any field, the generations that come behind them, even though the rules have changed, don't see that there are consequences for bad behavior.
