Thank you for considering my legislation, the Protect Veterans from Financial Fraud Act, which will ensure that our veterans receive the benefits they have earned and deserved.

I think is a moral imperative and unquestionably an equity issue.

This is not just about better access, but it is truly a clarion call for equitable access for all of our veterans.

My bill has been endorsed by several VSO's and the Commission on Care has identified this as an area that needs to be addressed by the VA.

I think we all can agree and we all do agree that the VA needs a cultural shift and a cultural change.

I do not think you are going to get to the cultural shifts and changes that need to really permeate deep into the organization.

It seems like that is the emphasis and rather than, you know, on the principle and the accountability.
