It is hard for me to comprehend honestly that when we have a veteran who is in dire need... that a .2 FTE is adequate.

There is obvious concern for veterans and VA's ability to meet their healthcare needs.

I think we are all most interested, you know, in the, obviously the screening part that you have talked about.
