I think the next big one is not Dodd-Frank; I think it is going to be climate change.

I think it is good for democracy. I think it is good for the people there to understand we are doing this because this is what free countries do, this is what democracy does, as opposed to the Chinese who do it for self-interest.

We need urgent, immediate fixes, anything to slow the flows.
