I find it kind of interesting now that the Republicans point to the courts as some sort of objective standard when it changes.

We are arguing here about what should be in it and what should not be in it, which I think is important.

I agree with what the SEC is attempting to do here. I think that is no secret, I always have, and I think it is certainly within their jurisdiction.

By the way, it was the same thing with Dodd-Frank. When I got here, Dodd-Frank was the boogeyman.
