We must resist. We must be in the streets.

The only way we are going to do it is to rethink how we are going to get those icebreakers.

We have continually underfunded the Coast Guard icebreaker program--continually.

The fact of the matter is, we will not have a presence in the Arctic.

The bottom line here, I am going to ask you guys, is there a national security threat in the Arctic as a result of the inability of the United States to have a presence in the Arctic?

Challenge us--don't dance, come very clear--if we do not have the money for the 8 to 10 icebreakers now or next budget year, we will fail to achieve the necessary presence in the Arctic.

What would a loyalty test mean for the military? It wouldn't be their ability to conduct the necessary programs for our national defense, but rather their loyalty to the President and the President's agenda.

Project 2025 is a roadmap that the Republican Administration may use should Trump win the election.

Will you ensure that the FAA fully enforces these stronger 'Buy America' requirements for rolling stock?

Will you commit to examine this 1994 waiver of 'Buy America' requirements for public ferry systems and consider repealing it?

The policy of the President was to make it in America, buy America.

Thank you so very much for your very significant leadership in making it happen, and also picking up a very, very important part of an American policy, and that is: make it in America, buy American.

I will point out that the petroleum industry has been subsidized for the better part of 120 years, and continues to this day to have very, very significant subsidies.

I am all for EVs, but let the technology catch up, and don't try to ban internal combustion engines at the rate that you are doing.

Please do that. Deliver it to the committee, if you would.

Why haven't you done it?

There is something seriously wrong here about this situation.

It is a hell of a lot more important than the money that we are spending with a whole bunch of billions last night in the Armed Services NDAA markup.

My point here is that we need the information so that we can fight on your behalf.

The Navy cannot do its work without the Coast Guard.

If you want something done, get the Coast Guard.

On day one of my new administration, I will direct the Department of Justice to investigate every radical DA, attorney general for their illegal, racist enforcement of the law.

If I happen to be President and I see somebody who is doing well and beating very badly, I say go down and indict them, they would be out of business.
