There is no doubt we had an insurrection. There is no doubt we had a riot.
We have been at this for a decade in this committee, and we are not even close to getting a heavy icebreaker.
Current modernization plans are not necessary to maintain a capable deterrent for the foreseeable future.
If you want something done, get the Coast Guard.
