We don't nationalize industries in the United States.

The champions of abundance are kind of in a death struggle right now on behalf of the working families.

I represent a district in California's Central Valley that is a farm district. We have our water challenges there.

We know that water scarcity is not only food scarcity, we know it is energy scarcity.

I won't give up our future generations. I won't give up working family affordability. I won't give up on championing for abundance.

If they all did want to run their air conditioner, I doubt we could even support that.

It is not allowing the human capital to remain invested up there because you are excluding these people from the economy.

The prices are extremely high.

Where is the social license in robbing the Native peoples of Alaska of the same economic development opportunities?

The freedom to produce a thriving economy based on the land resources was implicit in the Corporations Act in the 1970s, was it not?

I believe that you are robbing these local people of the same advantages that we enjoy.

I agree with Congresswoman Chavez-DeRemer on tolling. I am against that, too.

I actually know a lot about safety, and probably a lot more than you.

I will say that it is a remarkable embarrassment that we continue to send taxpayer dollars to Amtrak for the purposes of ADA compliance, and yet they have historically and continuously not met that obligation.

I think rail safety R&D would be welcome, make sure we have more funding for the development of safer tank cars...

I would ask that you work with the EPA and see if we can get the same attainment standards and compliance standards set for the bay area...

We have to get to a point where we respect the loggers, the ranchers as the true stewards of these lands or we are simply going to lose them to catastrophic fire.
