The President claims that this is a simple plan. I would just say to the gentleman that I have got the bill. It looks like we have in this bill 1,364 pages. I have read this. Some of this is the most convoluted material I have ever read in my life. I have to read it three or four times to understand what they are really saying, because they say it and then they modify it and then there are parts of exclusion and further modification. And it seems anything but simple. Let me just ask the gentleman, from your study of the material, what do you think he means when he says that this is a simplified plan, this 1,300-plus page plan?
