I simply want to commend the gentleman, both for his amendment, which I think makes a good bill much better, and secondly, from the bottom of my heart I thank the gentleman for not just his leadership on this bill, but for the pleasure of working with him on it. I am proud to have had him as an original cosponsor. Once again, I thank the gentleman for the impending success of a good piece of legislation.
