Will we ever leave? Can we ever leave? I am not convinced that our existing plan is one that we can take to the American people and assure them that our presence in Afghanistan is worth the cost in money and in lives.

Are we basically saying we didn't have a contract with them that was so ironclad that they would be required to maintain that operation in terms of providing leading-edge microelectronics as a component of that sole source contract?
