Just because he's not been criminally charged does not mean that there's not wrongdoing or that he didn't rise to the level of conduct that we'd want from a presidential candidate or from someone who's serving in the office.

The Barr letter and his actions demonstrate that he's going to continue to protect the president and it's going to insulate him from us being able to know who he drew it through the election.
