We are making sure that people don't go out to North Korea including for the Worker's Party Congress or invite them to international events.

We are working relentlessly to find those places and to get countries to cut them off.

The critical component now is implementation and we are looking principally at China as well as other countries to follow through on implementation.

We have real concerns about the substance of the laws as well as the way they may be implemented.

This is a strong North Korean sanctions bill that we passed and this bill did help get that U.S. resolution in place.
