The central fronts to contain Iran are Iraq and Syria.

This policy harms American leadership on the global stage.

It diminishes our standing in the part of a world where China is only too happy to fill the void.

It undermines our ability to speak credibly about refugees' human rights.

But the most injurious decision, I think, that has been made by the military has been to restrict access of the United Nations to these areas like Rakhine State.
