The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 7xx. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to provide assistance under title II of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1721 et seq.) to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea). The Acting CHAIR. The gentleman from California is recognized for 5 minutes.
