California receives the highest amount of Federal funds of any continuum of care across the country.

1.6 billion tons of goods removed nationwide, and the EPA's own numbers, only two percent was from locomotives of all the greenhouse gas emissions.

The regulation requires that railroads operating in California must quickly begin adopting zero emission technology for locomotives, technology that is currently not commercially available.

What intervention or assistance does HUD provide?

We agree that HUD tenants should not have to choose between having a roof over their head and being sexually harassed or assaulted by their housing provider.

We are putting them further and further behind the power curve.

The cost of that is roughly anywhere from half to 1 percent of the total DOD's budget to implement it.

We need more pull from the Secretary, we need more pull frankly from the President and prioritizing this pay gap.

Horrible things are happening in Ohio now in the Federal courts with the people that perpetrated these crimes.

It is tragic really.

I just ask you to take a look at that.

I therefore request that the Legislative Branch Appropriations Subcommittee work on a bipartisan basis to restore the existence and robust funding of the House Office of Diversity and Inclusion in the 119th Congress and beyond.

The COIL budget request for fiscal year 2025 is $7.2 million, an increase of 20 percent.

The budget request for OCWR for fiscal year 2025 is $8.591 million, a 5 percent increase from fiscal year 2024.

I imagine--I've got someone in my district right now that she is due the day before her husband is due to return home.

I appreciate that, but, and we had this fight a number of years ago over Lemoore, the base closest to my home, and they shut down the facility there.
