Splitting the Ninth Circuit would not bring justice closer to the people.

The President was duly given by Congress the authority to protect our borders.

Such restructuring would result in a significant financial cost to American taxpayers.

As this committee moves forward on legislation addressing issues facing the Federal courts this year, I look forward to addressing the Ninth Circuit, in addition to other issues.

For these injunctions to come in place and prevent the President from doing his job is absolutely, totally wrong.

Dividing the Ninth Circuit is opposed by a majority of the judges in that circuit as well as by the bar.
