Reclaiming my time, what the issue is is that the U.S. farmer have fair access. In a perfect world if the European Union were not spending six times the amount that the U.S. Government was to provide exports, then we would not need this program. But if we want to ensure that the U.S. farmer has a level playing field, this Government needs to stand behind them, and that is what the Market Assistance Program does.
