Let me give the gentleman a real, live example, if I could respond, with an independent expenditure that was issue advocacy on the Coalition for our Children's Future. They have a board of directors that was in place, and had an executive director that was approached by a party who asked them whether or not they would agree to give blank checks that were signed to a third party, and would also sign an oath of secrecy that they would not disclose the identity of the person that was trying to influence the outcome.
