I understand that. But this authority has not yet passed on it. Many of those decisions were based on an environmental impact statement, which is being challenged in court right now as being, at the least, dishonest and, at the worst, deliberately misrepresenting the facts in terms of the environmental impacts. So other authorities have ruled. I would like this Congress to rule.
