Gabby and I believe that there are four basic things that we need to do to make this country safer.

The American people should wonder what happened that night and why it took so long.

There is something wrong here.

And if it is about resources that is baloney, and you know it and I know it.

The Secretary of State should be here today. She can't be here. I understand she is injured, and I respect that.

If we do not lead from the position of strength there will not be peace in the world.

The Palestinian Authority, they are going to ask the General Assembly today to have a non-member observer state status, okay.

We turned around and walked away from Afghanistan when we shouldn't have and al-Qaeda rose up in that place.

I am greatly worried about that because oftentimes things happen when you are not looking, and this would give some legitimacy again to some very bad players in the world.

I think it is really important that we understand, you can talk the talk but you better be able to walk the walk.

Why do we have to have nine vaccinations, six vaccinations every 2 months? Why can't we do it over 2 or 3 years and space it and wait for the scientific evidence or whatever?

The more we become aware about it, the more we understand how to handle it, the more we can adapt

There's too much verbal evidence coming from parents where they break down, I had a normal child, I gave him a vaccination, and then they--they became--they came down with autism.

I'm for vaccinations. They prevent disease. I'm totally for it.

I must have had 50 different parents write me or come to me and say, I had a healthy child, yet then they have 10, 9, 6 vaccinations at one time, and that child changed overnight and was knocking their head on the wall, and it was a…

How do we get to them? How do we give them the opportunity to find out what they need to know also?

It has to do now with Americans and patriotism.

Did we do everything we could to protect them?

You have to worry more about running the country than running for reelection

This thing smells from every single end. Listen, it waddles like a duck and quacks like a duck; it is a duck.

The people of America should be outraged to have to sit here and listen to what we are saying.

The question really isn't about the patriotism and the heroics of the people that lost their lives that day. It's really, what can we do to prevent that from ever happening again?

It is absolutely preposterous to me that we would watch Ambassador Rice go out and say what happened 5 days later.

Now I will just close with this. We can continue this silliness, or we can get America back to work. My suggestion is get Americans back to work.

It just, to me, is, again, an indication of if we really mean what we say and say what we mean, we have to do it.
