One provision in the bill says basically that NHTSA has to have regulations within a year for safety belts, improved roof crush standards, advanced window glazing, and electronic stability control technologies.

First, I want to add my agreement to what Senator Thune was talking about a few moments ago with the rogue motorcoach carriers.
I am concerned about that because pediatricians really are the primary care providers for our children.
That is good. I would like to get more on that in terms of how much you think you can save and how those efficiencies will work.
It sounds like a lot of that has to do with training and to making sure the officers are properly trained on the machines.
There was an opportunity. In the early days, there was not enough focus on taking advantage of the opportunity, but they also inherited a lot of problems and a lot of challenges and so they are working their way through those still.
DHS is a relatively new department. It seemed to me when it was started a few years ago, that it would have a chance at a clean slate to set all the operations up the way they should be done and not inherit a lot of issues and challenges…
