I support the Chairman's efforts to increase funding for the LWCF overall.

But, as we all know, it's not just making it available. That's the first step, but then we have to ensure that we allow for meaningful opportunities to pursue it.

We need to do work, in my view, to do what President Roosevelt did now over 100 years ago.

I urge the Administration to reconsider its oil and gas tax proposal.
