What happened there is so tragic and still represents the two systems of justice in America. We need to fight again for that ideal that says all people are supposed to be treated equally, which is still not happening.

Voters should not be disenfranchised for doing everything they are supposed to do if another system, particularly the Postal Service, fails to deliver their ballot on time.

The President does not want Americans to vote.

I will not allow the President to use law enforcement to intimidate voters here in Colorado.

Sending law enforcement to polling locations is designed for voter intimidation rather than election security, indistinguishable from tactics used against black voters in the Jim Crow South.
