The DOJ has lost every lawsuit and appeal they have filed in their attempts to access sensitive voter information from the states.

Donald Trump is trying to grab power ahead of the 2026 Election and says he will ban vote by mail. This is a direct attack on democracy.

This would potentially disenfranchise millions of people all across the nation and disproportionately affect women, people of color and blue collar Americans.

A president can’t just grab power from Congress and dictate the national law of the land. That’s not how this country works.

First and foremost, I'm glad that they issued a decision. Colorado voters and American voters all across the country deserve to know whether Donald Trump is qualified or not as we go into Super Tuesday.

Donald Trump incited the insurrection. He incited that violent mob onto the Capitol to try to stop the peaceful transfer of presidential power. And he has not stopped his attacks on democracy since then.

I think he should be held accountable. And whether it's in the other cases you have talked about tonight, or this case, he is a clear threat to this country.

There’s no get-out-of-jail-free card for insurrection for Donald Trump.

It's the idea, the clear statement that states can stop oath-breaking insurrectionists from appearing on our ballots.

It would be equally chaotic to not uphold the constitution in this case.

I think it's really interesting they chose to use that language because it's just more of Donald Trump saying that if he's not in charge, the country is doomed.
