Trump and his DOJ have no right to Coloradans’ sensitive voter information, and we hope the District Court’s decision is upheld.

Today is Election Day, and every eligible Coloradan should know about the resources available to them so they can make their voices heard.

We’ll have to see what they say

This is another thinly-veiled attempt by the Department of Justice to intimidate election officials and coerce compliance with their efforts to unlawfully inject the federal government into States’ constitutional duty to oversee elections.
