I think it's really interesting they chose to use that language because it's just more of Donald Trump saying that if he's not in charge, the country is doomed.

I believe that Donald Trump incited the insurrection and that it's up to a court to determine whether that incitement disqualifies him from further holding office under the constitution.

I believe Trump incited insurrection. There is always questions whether his incitement reached that level of disqualification.
