You do not have a First Amendment right to threaten people who are just doing their jobs.

I am deeply grateful to Senator Klobuchar for introducing the Freedom to Vote Act and other proposed legislation that aims to help.

Now, more than ever, we need a sustained and robust Congressional commitment to support our efforts in protecting the democracy.

But the reality is you do not have a First Amendment right to threaten people who are just doing their jobs.

This is a coordinated effort to undermine the democracy that upholds our Republic.

It is a coordinated national attack against democracy in America.

Some would even say, as I have said, it is an emergent method to move us toward fascism in this Nation.

Artificial intelligence is not a threat to American democracy in and of itself, but it is an emerging and powerful amplifier of existing threats.

I'm here to help other States make these decisions.

What we're saying is, don't let one parent, who disagrees with a certain world view, determine what book--whether or not a book should be in the library.

That's the exact opposite argument that we're trying to make.

I believe libraries, in every single community across this country, have had an especially critical role to play in increasing educational opportunities for all Americans.

I was confronted with a book banning movement upon taking office.

I'm here to help other States make these decisions.

The goal of literature is to reflect back to the reader either the struggles that the reader is facing or to provide insight into struggles that the reader has never had to imagine.

It's never been easier to vote in Georgia and we recognize, it is as one of the top states in the country for election security, accessibility, and fair and honest voting, and I'm really proud of that.

I think people are looking for someone that's aspirational, positive, you know, a vision. They're not looking for someone that lives in the past that is, you know, running around with a retribution tour.
