Congress must act or veterans will suffer. That is unacceptable to me and I know that it is unacceptable to you.

We are asking Congress to pass special legislation for our West Los Angeles Campus where years of debate and court action have been unproductive.

The important thing, sir, is to create a culture.

The $1.4 billion spending cut basically means less veterans are going to get care.
