I made a grave error. I mentioned the tremendous juggling job that Katherine McGuire, my committee director, has done, but I failed to mention Michael Myers, who is the staff director for Senator Kennedy, who has been part of the juggling act on all of these bills as well, and has done a fantastic job. I apologize for that grave oversight and do want to thank him for his efforts. I yield the floor and yield back any time. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
