SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Build the Wall Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. SOUTHERN BORDER WALL CONSTRUCTION FUND. (a) Establishment.--There is established in the general fund of the Treasury a separate account, which shall be known as the ``Southern Border Wall Construction Fund'' (referred to in this section as the ``Fund'').
