None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the following: (1) The proposed resource management plan amendment and final supplemental environmental impact statement referred to in the notice of availability titled ``Notice of Availability of the Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment and Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Buffalo Field Office, Wyoming'' (89 Fed. Reg. 43431 (May 17, 2024)). (2) The proposed resource management plan amendment and final supplemental environmental impact statement referred to in the notice of availability titled ``Notice of Availability of the Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment and Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Miles City Field Office, Montana'' (89 Fed.
