I am proud that West Virginia is a leader in fighting voter fraud.

I have seen the devastation that a top-down, one-size-fits-all government approach can cause.

My amendment is very straightforward and simply provides accountability by establishing data instead of fear or conjecture.

It is even more concerning that people have known about these carcinogens in the products and have put them on store shelves regardless.
