Well, I know in the new location that the Library will be assuming lease costs of $7.1 million a year.
I would not recommend shock collars. I do not think we would be in favor of that one.

I think most of you have mentioned that what you need is the Federal minimum standard nobody has a problem with; it is the implementation aspect of it.
This funding request supports the current full-time equivalent (FTE) level of 235 plus an additional 3 FTE, devoted to analyzing Federal tax and spending policies, as well as for health-related work.
This funding request supports an increase in FTEs from 3,005 to 3,100, which would continue progress towards GAO's multiyear plan to rebuild its staff capacity to an optimal level of 3,250 FTEs.
