I have some serious concerns about the proposed regulations. I am concerned about the cost to the taxpayer and also to the bill payer.

What about the visit to West Virginia? Why didn't you visit coal producing States?

That is a ten times mistake.

Our hardworking coal miners in West Virginia have made our State the second largest coal producer behind Senator Barrasso's State of Wyoming.

We have more than enough gas to power both an industrial renaissance back home in West Virginia and to export liquefied natural gas.
