Joe Manchin is a United States Senator from West Virginia, serving since 2010. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously held the position of Governor of West Virginia from 2005 to 2010. I would agree with General Dunford that Russia has the most increasing-capable force, and their actions... make them the greatest potential threat.
