So, are we following those expedited procedures? So, if we have illegal immigrants coming from Mexico, are we actually expediting those procedures?
I really believe if we are going to improve the economies of Central America, the best way we can do that--because it has been proven, we are the engine of global economic growth--if we get our own economy in order.
Have we not been doing that for years? I mean, literally, have we not been trying to do these things for years?
I think most Americans look at that and go, yes, we are incentivizing people to come here.
Well, but understand, we have been talking about comprehensive immigration reform, and again, that does create incentives.
