Peter Francis Welch is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Vermont's at-large congressional district since 2007. It's so inspiring to see a parent try to turn tragedy into something good in the memory of her son.

If there's an easy solution to it, maybe the lawsuits, as being proposed--if there was an easy solution, we'd get it.
