This billion dollars could have provided a tremendous amount of healthcare for needy veterans and deserving veterans.

David P. Roe is a former Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, serving Vermont's 1st congressional district from January 4, 2005, to January 3, 2021. During his time in Congress, Roe was known for his focus on healthcare issues, particularly in relation to veterans and the military. He served on several committees, including the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, where he advocated for improved services for veterans and their families.
I am past frustrated and to see this enormous amount of money being spent that could have been spent for patient healthcare.
I could not agree more that we should have done this bill on a bipartisan basis.
It is time to move the country away from this government-run health care scheme and toward a more patient-centered health care system.
There are things in here, there is no question. You have all brought up things that needed to be addressed in health care in this country.
I am looking at the benefits and hoping that we can, again, work together to address the inconsistencies and get some more clarity.
The ACA is here to stay. It reminds me of Social Security, reminds me of Medicare.
