I don't see how in the world as an employee of the Veterans Administration you could sit there and see these claims piled up, basket loads of letters, because I hear it all the time when I go home, 'I haven't heard from the VA, Dr. Roe.'
It is critical that we get those claims adjudicated before that length of time.
Am I correct in that? Are there bins of letters that have been sent in and a person has a reasonable expectation to hear back from their government in a reasonable length of time?
