David P. Roe is a former Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, serving Vermont's 1st congressional district from January 4, 2005, to January 3, 2021. During his time in Congress, Roe was known for his focus on healthcare issues, particularly in relation to veterans and the military. He served on several committees, including the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, where he advocated for improved services for veterans and their families.
I do not see how you can expect a contractor to perform to an ever-changing target.
I am outraged to learn VA errors will delay the construction of two new CBOCs in my district - Lafayette and Lake Charles.
Regrettably during the legal review of the Lake Charles CBOC lease package, it was determined that there were significant errors in the Solicitation For Offers (SFO).
I think they have been in business for 48 years. They would not be there if they were not competent, I think.
I would say that the private sector employers did that and took risks, as I did as a private employer, to go out and borrow money and create jobs.
We have a duty to ensure our nation's veterans and their families that these problems will be repaired, and never occur again.
If you need some help, if the issue comes up, contact one of these people; and, like you said, there is no wrong door.
Healthcare should not be a Republican or Democrat problem. It's an American problem.
The government decides what I get. A minimal, an essential benefits package will be laid out by a bunch of bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.
I'm absolutely committed to do it. I've agreed a hundred percent we need to do this and start over again.
