Thank you, Madam Chair for having this and I hope we will continue to have these hearings.
I was disappointed last year to witness a rocky implementation of Sections 107 and 501.
However, this does not appear to be a sufficient reason to wait and deny this therapy to veterans who need it.
I think we are moving in the right direction.
