I just would respond to the gentlelady. I appreciate her comments. And I, too, am a strong supporter of our Federal workforce. I just believe that they can compete and should compete. This is good for America, good for our ability to defend our great country, and good for the American taxpayer. I reserve the balance of my time.

I will tell you----the President is not fighting for this. He didn't say hardly a word about it in the State of Union speech, hardly a word. That is not leadership.
