Three months ago, I introduced H.R. 1123, the 'Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act,' to ensure that consumers continue to be able to unlock their cell phones.

Ultimately, the American people have little trust, where the Administration has not enforced the law in the past, it will do so in the future.

I really believe, we could get an agreement on the folks that are here really quick.

Until we secure the border this is going to be an ongoing problem.

The last time Congress passed a major immigration reform bill, its goal was to start with a clean slate and then stop the flow of illegal migrants across the border.

The enforcement of existing immigration laws is one of the most important aspects of any forthcoming immigration legislation this Congress.

No person shall be deprived of their right to life without due process of law, and that due process depends on whether the person is in a situation of war, armed conflict or peace.

Not altogether implausible is not a big endorsement of the idea either.

H.R. 1773 is a bill that will replace our outdated and unworkable agricultural guestworker program and bring us one step closer to solving the larger immigration puzzle.

As we seek to reform our immigration system as a whole, we must take the time to look at each of the individual issues within this system to ensure that we get immigration reform right.
