I did not handle class action lawsuits, but I will tell you that the measure of a good lawsuit is not how much work the attorneys put into it relative to what they receive, but whether they accomplish anything for their clients. And when they get a coupon for Cheerios, they are accomplishing nothing in exchange for the large fees they receive.
