Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to override the President's veto. It is the right thing to do. Justice is the right thing--to let American citizens have access to their courts for torts for terrorist attacks that occur on American soil. This bill is a modest amendment to already existing exemptions to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. It is the right thing to do. I urge my colleagues to join me in overriding the President's veto. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
