I think the more choices the consumer has in terms of how they can control or access their information...
I was absent from the Capitol when the first vote series was called on November 14, 2018. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 418.
I think that the important thing there is that the consumer understands and has that choice.
I think the PATRIOT Act went off track in not defining some of the areas that set parameters around government gathering data.
